Thomas Burritt will perform works for solo marimba by J.S. Bach, Belinda Reynolds, Emma Logan and George Gershwin.  He will be joined by pianist James Dick, the Institute’s Founder and Artistic Director, to perform Camille Saint- Saëns’ Danse Macabre for marimba and piano.
Burritt is Professor of Percussion and Director of Percussion Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. He has served as percussion faculty at Round Top Festival Institute each summer since 2004.
