Los Reyes celebran Octavitas 2016

Presented by Puerto Rican Folkloric Dance at Puerto Rican Folkloric Dance and Cultural Center

Puerto Ricans are joyful people because our holidays start in November and last until end of January! Los Reyes Magos (The Three Kings) are coming to Austin to celebrate Octavitas with us! Come sing aguinaldos one last time and enjoy PRFDance performances! Bring the kids, the Reyes always bring gifts!

Los Reyes will give an award to someone who is making a significant contribution in the Texas Boricua community. Who is it this year? They won’t tell us!

Our Octavitas celebration will take place on Sunday, January 24, 2016, 2-5pm, at the Puerto Rican Folkloric Dance & Cultural Center, 701 Tillery Street, in Austin, Texas 78702. Entrance is in the back of the building, steps away from free parking.

Puerto Rican Folkloric Dance’s community cultural outreach is supported in part by the Cultural Arts Division of the City of Austin Economic Development Department.
