We have quite a line-up for you at this year’s hybrid online-drive-in festival! TWO workshops, THREE screening blocks, Q&A sessions, a virtual hang-out lounge, and an intimate DRIVE-IN-MOVIE screening.

What is the Girl Improved Film & Theatre Festival?

GIFT Fest, a hybrid online-drive-in festival challenges youth (18 and younger) to create art that is deliberately gender inclusive. GIFT Fest selections follow these parameters: a minimum of 50% of the key creative team and crew identifies as female or nonbinary; at least 50% of the cast identifies as female or nonbinary; and we encourage stories to explore outside the realms of romance.
