One Page Salon (called “the best literary evening in town” by the Austin American-Statesman) is the brainchild of novelist, screenwriter, and comedian Owen Egerton. For this special virtual event, five outstanding authors will read one page from a work in progress – which means the audience will be among the first to hear original new material from these talented writers. The brilliant and funny (and brilliantly funny) Owen Egerton will emcee.

PLUS: The One Page Salon Lottery goes virtual! We’ll be continuing the tradition of having one audience member read one page from a work in progress – this time, the lucky winner will be added to the slate of readers for the next live event, July 11. If you’d like to enter the lottery for a chance to be our July OPS Lottery Reader, fill out this form and join us at the event on June 6th to see if your name is called.

All proceeds from this June event will go to support the newly announced Deep Vellum Emergency Fund for Texas Literary Artists.
