POSTPONED: A.R. RAHMAN

In further response to the growing concerns over COVID-19 (coronavirus), A.R. Rahman, originally scheduled for June 6, 2020 at the Frank Erwin Center, has been postponed. We are working with the tour to reschedule the Austin performance and hope to have that date secured soon. Tickets for June 6 will be honored at the rescheduled date.

Once the rescheduled date is announced, ticket holders that are not able to attend the new date may request a refund.

World renowned composer A.R. Rahman will be making a stop at the Frank Erwin Center Saturday, June 6 as part of his 2020 concert tour. The Austin stop is being presented in conjunction with Texas Performing Arts. Described as the world’s most prominent and prolific film composer by “TIME” magazine, A.R. Rahman’s works are notable for integrating Eastern classical music with electronic music sounds, world music genres and traditional orchestral arrangements. A.R. Rahman’s 2020 concert tour will feature songs in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and English.
