Kick off the Holiday season this year with a yoga practice and deep relaxation brought to you by the Austin Queer Yoga Collective!
This practice will ground and center you and help to establish mindful awareness of your body and personal power. The class will begin with a hatha yoga practice to build gentle awareness of your body. Then we’ll segue into a deep relaxation designed to calm and soothe the nervous system.
Following the practice there is an opportunity to talk with the people of the Austin Queer Yoga Collective to discover what it is that they offer to the community and how to find them.
