Join the Dougherty Arts Center and local artist April Garcia for an Austin Art POP UP at the University Hills Library. In this free family workshop, guests are invited to create a soft sculpture pencil topper. This workshop is inspired by April Garcia’s soft sculpture style and process. Using poms, pencils, and glue, visitors will be guided by April to create a colorful little soft sculpture on top of a pencil.
