It’s time to believe in miracles again this holiday. The Preacher’s Wife is coming to Austin.
Synopsis: A cleric begins to doubt himself and is visited by an angel. The heavenly emissary is supposed to help the good reverend over his midlife crisis, but he is distracted by the cleric’s lovely young wife. A new stage adaptation based on the 1930’s novel “The Bishop’s Wife” written by Robert Nathan sparked the 1996 remake starring Whitney Houston and Denzel Washington. This new adaptation written by Robert King, Jr. is sure to be a holiday crowd pleaser!
