The art of designing and building the perfect bento box lunch is a global obsession. Jump on the bento bus and challenge yourself to build a bento box that is both tasty and tasteful. Choose from a wide array of fresh, local produce, cheeses and other tasty bites at our Bento Buffet, grab a box and some special tools and get to work playing with your food.

Space is limited, and Eventbrite registration is required to attend.

Parking at the DAC is free but limited. There is parking available at the Palmer Event Center. In addition, there are parking options available off Riverside Drive and Lee Barton Drive. We also want to encourage all our friends to drive safely, or better yet catch a taxi, ride share, bus or bike!
