Learn the essentials of conservation biology through global and local conservation stories, including threats to biodiversity, solutions to conservation problems and protection of endangered species. Instructor Dr. Hayley Gillespie is an ecologist and conservation biologist and has been a teacher of natural history and field ecology at the University of Texas at Austin and Southwestern University. This is a lecture-based class with a field trip.

Class Registration Policy
Payment is required in full the day you register. Cancellation Policy: We will happily refund your registration, less a 25% cancellation fee, up to 14 days prior to your class. Please note that cancellations made with less than 14 days notice are not refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class if it does not make a minimum number of registrants, we will notify you 48 hours in advance. Class registration closes 48 hours prior to the course start time.
