On Sunday, October 20 beginning at Waller Creek Boathouse, GTW hosts an interactive event for women to enhance and embrace their understanding of the importance of mental health through meaningful conversation and intentional movement.

The morning will start with a body painting activity to encourage the conversation and diminish the stigma around mental health. NAMI Central Texas will be in attendance sharing important information about mental illness and ways to improve health. After meditation and a stretch session, lululemon will lead guests on a one-mile around Lady Bird Lake.

Arrive early to sign up for our braid bar by Book A Birdie and stay after for local food and drinks from Blenders and Bowls, Farmhouse Delivery, Houndstooth Coffee and Richards Rainwater!
