The performance is a moveable feast encompassing the entire VORTEX compound.  Audience may come and go anytime during the feast.

Recommended Audience Attire:  Cocktail, hats, furs, jewels, and retro (or nothing at all).

Salvador Dali’s Naked Feast is not a traditional seated event.  Audience will stand, move, and mingle. There will be limited seating for those who need it.  VIP Seating at Dali’s table.

Salvador Dali is coming to The VORTEX for One Night Only, Saturday, October 24, 2015. This is The VORTEX’s big annual fundraiser, and The VORTEX artists are pulling out all the stops to create a gigantic extravaganza that will delight all of your senses and raise much needed funds for our beloved VORTEX.  Bring on your surreal as we enter Dali’s universe with a performance installation cocktail party evoking and embodying his aesthetic and artistry.

The performance installation fundraiser includes live painting, live music, tango, naked aerials, human canvas, large silent auction with beautiful hand-crafted arts, photo ops, Instagram contest, Dali’s original Casanova Cocktail, delicious food art, decadent desserts, and naked food platters.

Yes, Dali’s Naked Feast is an opportunity to graze from elegantly designed food art on beautiful naked bodies. Artistic hors d’oeuvres are designed with the culinary magic of our favorite chefs, Nic Patrizi and Gina Burchenal, and feature vegan, meat, and gluten free options. Patrizi’s will also be serving up some of its signature dishes and this Naked Feast will conclude with a naked dessert platter and naked aerials. The Butterfly Bar will serve up the Casanova Cocktail from Dali’s very own recipe. We know that you won’t want to miss Ann Marie Gordon (VORTEX’s award-winning scenic designer) as the Ant Eater painting large ants on the wall. Or Sky Candy’s Andy Agne as the Naked Chef performing Naked aerials. Or Melissa Vogt as the human paintbrush for Dali’s art.

The large Silent Auction includes beautiful, one-of-a-kind, handcrafted arts, dinners from local business partners, and professional services. We are also creating an Exclusive Commemorative Naked Feast Photo Calendar.

The audience will have opportunities to observe or participate in an outrageous blend of spectacle, food, art, and dream. The installation cocktail party will sprawl across The VORTEX compound from 8-11 pm (gates open at 7pm), enveloping Patrizi’s and The Butterfly Bar for the evening.
