Nico Muhly’s musical meditation How Little You Are takes center stage for an encore performance of this major work. Muhly poignantly sets texts of 19^th Century pioneer women from Texas & Wyoming for choir and 12 guitars. This concert will become Conspirare’s next recording!

The program also includes the world premiere of a setting from Native American advocate and author Sarah Winnemucca’s Life Among the Piutes by Kile Smith and a new arrangement of Reena Esmail’s “For the Violin,” arranged for choir and guitars. With cellist Doug Harvey.
