FARE Walk for Food Allergy in Austin Texas

WHAT: The FARE for Food Allergy is coming to Austin on November 7, 2015. Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) works on behalf of the 15 million Americans with Food allergies, including all those at risk for anaphylaxis. With 15 million Americans affected, there are 15 million reasons to walk! FARE’s mission is to find a cure for food allergies, and to keep individuals with food allergies safe and included. This family-friendly event, presented by Mylan, seeks to raise funds and awareness for food allergy research, education, advocacy and awareness.

The day’s schedule will be as follows:

·9:00 a.m. Registration/Kid’s Activities Begin

·10:00 a.m. Walk

·Family-friendly activities – bouncy houses, Games 2U, Rock Climbing Wall, tattoos, sponsor booths with free give-aways, family friendly DJ, and a performance by the Champions Westlake gymnastics team. Honorary Ambassador is Olympic gold medalist, Mitch Gaylord. JOIN IN ON THE FUN!
