Steelpan Instructor Cecil Francis, originally from Trinidad, has 40 years professional steelpan experience playing and arranging for Trinidad’s large Steel Orchestras.As Captain of Trinidad’s legendary Desperadoes Steel Orchestra he performed in Carnegie Hall, the Apollo, London’s Hammersmith Odeon and Royal Albert Halls. In Los Angeles her performed atUniversal Studios, Disneyland, Universities, and has TV and movie credits..
