Los Bohemios Perdidos present a very special concert honoring the Latin American immigrant population in the Austin area. The band interviewed people from all walks of life from all over Latin America to create songs, using rhythms from their native lands (Lyrics by Yahir Durán; Music by Javier Jara). Please help us celebrate Central Texas’ Latin American population in their diversity, their cultural heritage, and their contributions to this region and beyond. Part oral history/part roots music experimentation, it should be a night to remember. Photographs by Alejandro Alanis. A percentage of the proceeds from the concert will be donated to Casa Marianella.

El grupo ha entrevistado a personas de distintos bagajes y experiencias, creando canciones basadas en dichas entrevistas, usando los ritmos musicales propios de su lugar de origen (Letras de Yahir Durán, Música de Javier Jara). We should have a special photographic exhibition in the lobby by Alejandro Alanis prior to the concert. Come early, because it is open seating. Doors open at 7 pm.
