Fruits of Gaia

Fruits of Gaia

Presented by Austin Creative Alliance at Austin Creative Alliance Offices

We are living in a modern male-driven world where everything is fast paced and exploited for profit. Fruits of Gaia is a reminder of the sacredness of the Earth and all of its inhabitants – from the plants to the places to the animals and the humans.

By applying this spiritual idea that we ourselves are integrated with nature and not separated from it, we can begin empowering ourselves & others to start effecting change through work, practice, & reflection in our daily lives.

We seek to inspire and encourage others into a journey of self-discovery and healing, in hopes of rallying our energies to meet the needs of our environment to unite us as a truly planetary species.

Opening Reception August 15th from 6-8pm
Cacao ceremony/performance @ 6:30pm
(ceremonial cacao from 3rd Eye Meditation Lounge)

About the Artists

Rosemary Allen is an Austin, TX based American Artist. Her mystical work is painted with the intention to invoke the power to heal and transform you, the subject matter portrays a direct reflexion of self work and emotional processing.
She believes art is a meditative practice, and the energy a painting radiates directly affects the viewer’s psyche.
Each of Rosemary’s spirit animal paintings represent a state of transformation and growth, they assist in the progression of maturity and awareness of the human experience.

Juan Villegas is a Colombian-American visual artist who graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors in Fine Arts, focusing in drawing and painting.
Juan’s dreamscapes portray nature and the divine feminine as the primordial source of beauty, inspiration, and life force. Inviting the viewer to recognize their magic to heal us, their power to transform us, and step into higher consciousness.
By applying a poetic and often metaphorical language, Juan wants to seduce the viewer into a world of ongoing equilibrium where intervals of allegories articulate the streams of the human condition.
