Get In On The Ground Floor For Peace!
To celebrate Peace Day Austin, Ground Floor Theatre will have a FREE day of family fun on Saturday, Sept 19. Starting at 2pm with a “Peace Luck” pot luck picnic (bring a dish to share!) and bring the kids to learn the art of origami as we take part in the “Peace Cranes Project”. Kids can write poems and messages of peace and share them at an open mic at 4pm. 6:30pm is an open mic for the adults on the topic of peace and inclusion. All of this culminating in a concert by The Therapy Sisters at 7:30pm. Fun for the whole family!
