An intimate solo art show for Janey Hall, a watercolorist from Austin, TX, in the cozy residential venue, Casa de Artistas, 6017 Abilene Trail, in the Oak Hill “Y” vacinity. (Think Convict Hill and William Cannon in SW Austin.)
Janey’s art is whimsical, playful, and giggle-worthy watercolor. Her forthcoming children’s book, Bright Happies Of The Animal People will also be featured as Janey reads stories and verse to the children (4 PM) while displaying her art! Come hear the tales of Professor Hootie Hoots, Huey, the Hippo, Clara, the Cat with Courage and Charles, the [Not-So British] Bunny, among others! You’re going to want to reserve your copy at this show, which will be autographed & shipped for you when it’s published!

At 4 PM, children are welcome to attend a brief reading of stories, verses and limericks from Janey’s upcoming children’s book, Bright Happies Of The Animal People, to be released in November of this year! (Pre-Sales of the book will also be available! All pre-sales copies sold will be personally autographed by either Janey or Professor Hootie~Hoots, the book’s “narrator”…..whichever the child prefers.)
