Room of Resonance is a collaboration of composers and artists performing in a prepared room that listens and reacts to all auditory sources — including you. Featuring the Tosca quartet on September 11th at Springdale Station.
If walls could talk, that would be very creepy. Particularly if they used actual words. Thankfully, this group of walls (four) can’t speak on its own. This is where you come in. And Dialtones Productions.
Here’s the deal:
Dialtones Productions has assembled a group of composers, performance artists, writers, musicians, and visual artists to compose pieces for the room.
The installation artists have prepared said room to hear and react (sonically and visually) to all auditory sources – including you.
Witness yourself in light and sound. And please DO NOT silence your cellphones.
