The Bat City Brass, formed of musicians from ACWE and the Austin Brass Band, will have its debut concert 7:00 PM, Friday, September 4th, at Saint Louis King of France Catholic Church, 7601 Burnet Road, Austin, Texas.
The concert repetoire, dating from the Renaissance through the 20th century, focuses on quintessentially brass music.
There will also be percussion, the organ, as well as homemade instruments, and a vuvuzela challenge!
