Celebrate the start of summer with the Dougherty Arts Center at a mock backyard camp out! Try your hand at sun gazing with Austin Astronomical Society and make old school camp crafts like friendship bracelets and sit-upons. Enjoy a cookout (featuring vegetarian options) including customizable tin foil s’mores, and bask in the sun of one of the longest days of the year.

Parking at the DAC is free but limited. There is parking available at the Palmer Event Center. In addition there are parking options available off Riverside Drive and Lee Barton Drive. We also want to encourage all our friends to drive safely, or better yet catch a taxi, ride share, bus or bike!
