Austin Film Society presents CRANK: HIGH VOLTAGE.
Co-director Brian Taylor will join us for this special 10th Anniversary screening.
We’ll have you know that, while this is not Truffaut, it is a film with a truly special vision, made with a variety of jerry-rigged camera mounts and an average shot-length of about .7 seconds, it displays madness in both form and function as it depicts the vengeful journey of a despicable hitman, reanimated by Chinese scientists, who must continually recharge his adrenaline reserves in order to stay alive.
Saturday, July 27 at 7:00pm.
General admission tickets are $11.25 with member discounts available.
