Austin Film Society presents FILMS OF THE QUAY BROTHERS.
Stephen and Timothy Quay, identical twins from Norristown, PA, have brought something special to their oeuvre of stop-motion films. Starting with the raw materials of such pioneers as Ladislas Starevich, they contribute their own outsider sensibility. This package of shorts includes Christopher Nolan’s 2015 tribute to their work, QUAY.
