Jack Kaulfus will lead a two day creative writing workshop. Read & discuss a variety of texts emphasizing marginalized and previously non-represented voices & stories, and will discuss how stories help to shape & change history.
Participants will work on several generative writing exercises incorporating image, story and memory. Writing from personal experiences, participants can choose to write creative nonfiction or fictionalized versions of memories. We will share our work with each other, get feedback and discuss revision techniques. No experience necessary!
