-Asteroid B-612. It is a movement interpretation by Chamacos Dance Company & ProyectoTeatro of Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince), the beloved fable of French author Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. This engaging tale of self-discovery has fascinated children and adults alike all over the world. By using contemporary dance, theater, and multimedia modalities, eight adults and six children dancers will explore the virtues of kindness, friendship, love, and (most of all) an appreciation for the simple things in life. Asteroid B-612 teaches one to look beyond the ordinaryto see life with the wondrous eyes of a child.

“It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.”–The Little Prince

Choreographer: Aurelio Planes Rodriguez
