Eat Local! This hands-on class is designed to show you how you can prepare a healthy and delicious meal right out of your local farmer’s garden. The students will be given a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Box filled with seasonal local produce, which they will then use to create an amazing and healthy meal to be enjoyed at the end of class.
