Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse Family Movie Night

Presented by Austin Metro Drug-Free Coalition Media Project at Millennium Youth Entertainment Complex

These community events are meant to provide a safe and nurturing environment for family entertainment and positively promote different ways our youth can steer away from the potential use and abuse of drugs and alcohol.

Summer is just heating up with the Austin Metro Drug-Free Coalition Media Project’s first FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT!

Thanks to gracious sponsors City of Austin Cultural Arts Division, Austin School of Film, and No More, No Más Friday, June 28th from 7–10 pm, enjoy a free public screening of Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse at Millennium Youth Entertainment Complex to help promote a few things:

1. Drug & alcohol-free activity for the youth
2. Community awareness of drug & alcohol abuse
3. Cultivate safe spaces for our youth
4. Youth opportunities for positive community involvement

SCREENING AGENDA

7:00 – 7:15 pm – Introduce the community to our team & cause

7:15 – 7:20 pm – Present the Media Project’s current drug-free PSA

7:20 – 7:25 pm – Highlight the youth that made it/helped make it

7:25 – 7:30 pm – Briefly educate the community on the current drug we’re tackling

7:30 – 7:35 pm – Suggest donations (call to action)

7:35 – 9:55 pm – Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse

9:55 – 10:00 pm – Closing photos
