Saturday, April 20^th Found Birdcage will screen a program of short films by women filmmakers of Austin including ten minutes of Denise Prince’s FEATURE film from 1999, The Deep End, produced by Cary Woods (Gummo, Swingers, Godzilla). Prince co-wrote, co-produced and is the lead actress in this independent film from the wave of independent films of that seminal time. Come see a segment of this never seen in Austin and isn’t online 16mm film. The film-interested community gathering before the films screen is always as wonderful as the Found Birdcage film selections.
