An evening of European Renaissance music performed on period instruments
Austin Troubadour’s concert “Let’s Dance…Like in the Renaissance” is set for Saturday, March 9th, 8:00PM at Unity Church of the Hills in NW Austin, 9905 Anderson Mill Road. Tickets can be purchased online at www.austintroubadours.com
The Austin Troubadours will take you on a musical journey through 15th and 16th century Europe. The group will perform Renaissance songs and dances from Italy, England, Spain and France on authentic period instruments, accompanied by historical dance choreography by Austin’s beloved Toni Bravo. In this historically informed performance, seven musicians in period costumes set the stage for a high-energy, nonconventional show.
