This 4 week series meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Beginner’s Series are constructed to give you a solid foundation in yoga so you will feel confident attending our ongoing classes on our regular schedule. Beginner’s Series are a 4 week series and pre-registration is required.

Ashtanga Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga that is composed of several sequences of postures. Each posture is linked to the next through a series of connecting movements and rhythmic deep breathing. The powerful and vigorous practice of Ashtanga Yoga develops strength, flexibility, and a realignment of the body that leads to a feeling of inner peace and natural state of meditation and relaxation.

Ashtanga Yoga is a “hot” practice and students should bring their own mat and towel.
