This 4 week series meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hatha Yoga is excellent for increasing flexibility, developing strength, improving body awareness, building concentration, and calming the mind. The Hatha Yoga Foundation Series teaches you basic yoga techniques, including the alignment and form of the postures, breath awareness methods and meditation techniques.
