This training will empower you to know what questions to ask and how to find the answers to avoid injury and down time. Join yoga therapist Lilith Bailey-Kroll for a weekend of learning how to create a comfortable, safe and enjoyable yoga practice.

Each session blends lecture, observation and experiential practice to examine the basic anatomy of our bodies in relation to movement, yoga postures and pain symptoms. Bring your notebook, mat, and your desire to be empowered!
