Presented by Chorus Austin at St. Martin's Lutheran Church

Our Chamber Ensemble joins forces with chamber music group Revel to present works with piano and saxophone, featuring Morten Lauridsen’s Mid-Winter Songs and Anders Paulsson’s stunning arrangement of Deep River for chorus and saxophone.

Chorus Austin continues the celebration of Artistic Director Ryan Heller’s 10th anniversary season with Winter Revelry.  Joining forces with our Chamber Ensemble is REVEL, who are also celebrating their 10th anniversary season, led by pianist Carla McElhaney.  The program includes music for choir and piano, saxophone (played by Sunil Gadgil and Michael Hertel), as well as several pieces that will be performed by our special guests. The concert will be recorded for use on REVEL’s Radio Hour to be aired at a future date on KMFA-don’t miss this opportunity to hear two of Austin’s finest ensembles together under one roof!
