Join Jessica and a community of moms for a four class postnatal self-care series, designed for new moms from one month to one year postpartum. Learn tips to survive the first year of motherhood, filled with love, laughter, and little sleep. Find balance in your life with simple yoga and self-care tools that can be incorporated into your day with or without your baby present. Jessica will guide you through self-care yoga techniques that can be practiced on and off the mat. Classes will include a balance of gentle flowing Hatha, Restorative and Yin postures, as well as meditations for deep relaxation. We will discuss ways to practice surrender, self-love, self-forgiveness, and grounding, all crucial tools within the first year of motherhood, in addition to building a foundation for your life as a mom.
Open to new moms from one month to one year postpartum, with permission from your caregiver to practice yoga. May be attended with or without your baby, but classes are more centered on the mom. No previous yoga experience needed.
