CALL HER GANDA is a documentary film on the murder of Filipina transgender Jennifer Laude by a US Marine in October 2014. It explores issues related to gender discrimination, justice system, and colonial history of the Philippines.

The free film screening will be followed by a panel discussion on local transgender issues and current human rights situation in the Philippines.

The panel will include filmmaker PJ Raval as well as speakers from Transgender Education Network of Texas, Malaya Movement, and International Coalition for Human Rights in the Philippines.
