Do you freeze under pressure? Have you botched a job interview or performance because of stage fright? In this weekend workshop, you will explore yoga and learn tools to help you stay balanced and grounded in any situation. This may include job interviews, performance art, public speaking, auditions, verbal exams, and any other setting where you feel pressured to expose a part of yourself to other people. You will learn tips and tools to embody confidence, grace, and equanimity in high pressure scenarios. A guided practice, including asana, pranayama, mindfulness, and meditation will help you overcome obstacles or negative energy holding you back from your highest self. All levels of students welcome.
