On Saturday, February 2nd at Imagine Art, Tetractys New Music Concert Series presents new music trio F-PLUS in concert. F-PLUS is a violin, clarinet, and percussion trio committed to collaborating with today’s most exciting composers to establish a diverse repertoire for their unique instrumentation. The program will include a variety of works by living composers written specifically for the ensemble.

Tickets are $15 for general admission, $10 for students with a valid student ID and can be purchased online through tetractysnewmusic.com/presents-tickets. Cash and credit cards are accepted at the door thirty minutes prior to opening.

Co-directed by cellists James Burch, and Matt Armbruster, and composer/conductor Chris Prosser, Tetractys is a new music concert series that serves the cultural needs of Austin, TX by contributing to the cultivation of a thriving new music scene. We believe in the importance of music written by living composers and in creating opportunities for the Austin public to experience these compositions through exciting performances, educational outreach, and commissioning new works. At the heart of the organization is the belief that the contemporary composer offers insight and reflection into our common human experience. Tetractys endeavors to be the conduit through which the contemporary composer and contemporary audiences connect.
