The Austin Chamber Music Center is taking chamber music on a global journey for its 38th Season and bringing back some of the best music from abroad. “Landscapes” brings fantastic pieces from unexpected places together with the classics you love, all presented by international musicians who will share stories of their heritage and homeland.

“It’s All Greek To Me” will explore chamber music with Greek roots. Greece was the seat of classicism and the first inspiration for “classical music.” Explore mythology in Tartini and symmetry in Beethoven, alongside Ravel’s Greek Songs and Christos Hatzis’ colorful “Odd World.” Cellist Nora Karakousoglou helps guide the journey, alongside violinist Sonja Larson and pianist Michelle Schumann.
