Take a journey through African-American history as expressed visually through the artworks of  prominent 20th-century artists, such as Gwen Knight, Hale Woodruff, James Van Der Zee, Eudora Welty, Romare Bearden and more, in Reflections: African American Life from the Myrna Colley-Lee Collection on view at the Bullock Museum. Paintings, photographs, textile pieces and works on paper from the collection of pioneer costume designer, professional artist and arts advocate Myrna Colley-Lee highlight this exhibition held in conjunction with the 150th anniversary of Juneteenth.
