Capital City Men's Chorus presents Rainbow Connections

Presented by Capital City Men's Chorus at Texas Performing Arts at The University of Texas at Austin - Bates Recital Hall

The Capital City Men’s Chorus presents:

Rainbow Connections

The Capital City Men’s Chorus is proud to announce our upcoming Spring Concert and 26th season finale: Rainbow Connections.

We are delighted to announce that we will be joined in this performance by the newly founded Live Oak Singers, a mixed LGBT choir based in San Antonio, Texas.

Austin and San Antonio both have the nickname of "River City" and in honor of those nicknames, our two great "River City" choruses will be performing some all-time favorites from the great American Songbook, which will feature selections from Roger Miller's "Big River", with special guest vocalist, Roderick Sanford!

Just as is the case with great music, the rivers sustain us, inspire us, and take us to new and excitingplaces! We hope that you will join us forthe final concert of our 26 th consecutive season, as we celebrate Music, Pride, and our “Rainbow Connection” with our sister chorus to the south!
