Test Tube Gallery, a small design treasure of a trailer-turned-gallery in the beautiful outdoor Tillery Park, will be transformed by local artist & designer Jaelah Kuehmichel. Land Line explores how we cope with the tension between increasing connection via modern communication technologies and the conversely related feelings of loneliness that result from the shallow depth of these interactions. 

Step into a hyper-modern space punctuated by remnants from a not-so-distant past. Weaving mediums, Jaelah displays wall-hanging pieces with old phone receivers hanging out of them amidst a visual, video, & sound installation. Her body & being will be installed in the space as a performative gesture.
