Venture to Russia to embrace some of the world’s most beloved composers with stories of homeland and heritage.
At Nostrovia, Austin Chamber Music Center will venture to Russia to embrace some of the world’s most beloved composers. On Friday, violinist Stanislav Pronin and pianist Michelle Schumann will perform works by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev, Schnittke, and Piazzolla. On Saturday, the Russian String Orchestra will perform Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich, and Bach alongside a Mozart piano concerto featuring Michelle Schumann.
