Inspired by evening street markets common in east and Southeast Asia, GAACC looks to introduce the variety of Asian cuisine while inspiring entrepreneurs to bring lesser known Asian dishes to the market.This event will be a compelling educational experience of the diversity of Asia for Central Texans of all ages while bringing the Asian community together.

The night market will be organized as a walk through Asia, starting with the Middle East, through South Asia and Southeast Asia and ending with East Asia. We are naming the night market Asian Eats to build on our AsianEatsATX website and although Asian food will be the highlight, we will also have vendors selling products and local creative performances.
