Description:
Come celebrate what keepin’ it weird is all about at the 13th Annual Keep Austin Weird Festival + 5K on Saturday, June 27th! Dress up in your weirdest costume and dive deep into the oddities of Austin culture. Want to be a breakdancing nun? How about a ballerina pirate? We say the weirder, the better! Don’t forget to submit yourself in the costume contest (remember, your goal is to out-weird the rest).

From 2:00 to 10:00 there will be live bands to keep your feet moving as you shuffle, slide, or moonwalk your way through the uniquely Austin crafts, vendor booths, and food trailer favorites.

Be one with the weird as you make your way through what has been called the world’s slowest 5K. Local businesses will be out on the course manning their own fun stops! Stop by the 12+ fun stops along the course ranging from the Deep Eddy’s Vodka Shot Stop to Clif Bars’ slip and slide!
