28th Annual Fossil Fest

Presented by Paleontological Society of Austin at Old Settlers Heritage Association

The show theme, “What’s in your Backyard? Cretaceous Sea!” seeks to explore and answer that question by focusing on the geologic history of Texas as told by the rock layers beneath our feet and the fossils they contain.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

— Hands-on Fossil Touch Table and Microscope

— Exhibits: See what fossil collectors find in Texas

— Fossil collection: Start yours at the Wheel of Fossils & Dig Pit

— Fossils / Minerals / Jewelry / Books / Unique Gifts / Toys / more

— Hourly and Grand Door Prizes

— On premise snack bar. Prices range from $.50 to $5.00

Admission Info

Admission is $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for students and children aged 5 and under are free.

Scouts in uniform $1.00.

Tickets may be purchased at the Door on the day of event.
