Join 700 of Austin’s most dynamic community leaders on September 20th at the acclaimed Moody Theater for a lively evening of exquisite local cuisine, live music, an exciting live auction, and most importantly, supporting a great cause. This is a night to celebrate the success of Communities In Schools students and raise financial support for critical dropout prevention services.

CIS empowers over 6,300 at-risk students each year to overcome obstacles from homelessness and abuse to absent parents and mental illness – all with the goal of achieving success in school and ultimately in life. For 22 years, Food for Thought has raised the funds necessary to provide these important services to our Central Texas children.
