Austin Film Society for a free screening of “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (1982),” starring Dolly Parton and Burt Reynolds, to mark the 40^th anniversary of the stage production. Artifacts on view now from the collections of actress Carlin Glynn, who originated the role of Mona Stangley, and Peter Masterson, one of the writers and directors of the original stage production.
