VSA Texas/Mobile Art Program Call for Art SPRING Exhibit at the Bass Concert Hall

VSA Texas/Mobile Art Program invites all Texas seniors age 65+ to submit artwork to the SPRING Exhibit featuring art by older adults. There is no fee to submit artwork to this call for entries and artwork in all 2D media are eligible. The exhibit will be on view at the Bass Concert Hall Gallery from May-August 2018.

Please submit up to four entries in the form of photographs or digital images by email or on CD. The deadline for entries to be received is Monday, April 9, 2018. Those selected will be notified by Wednesday, April 18, 2018. Artwork must be delivered to VSA Texas at 3710 Cedar Street, Room 128, Austin, TX 78705 by Monday, May 7, 2018. Artwork should be packed securely for transport to the venue by VSA Texas staff.

An entry to this exhibit constitutes full agreement on the part of the artist to all conditions outlined in this call for entries.

-2D work must be framed and wired ready for hanging.
-2D work maximum size is 36” x 36”.
-The Exhibit Committee will have final authority to define what constituted an acceptable entry.
-Interested buyers will be directed to VSA Texas and a 30% commission on all sales will be retained by VSA Texas.
