Never grow up! Please join Ballet Austin Guild as we present “An Afternoon in Neverland”, our second annual Sunday tea. Adults will enjoy a traditional tea menu while sipping on tea, and champagne, of course; and children will get their own special tea menu to please their palates. As a prelude to Ballet Austin’s performance of Peter Pan, we will be celebrating with fabulous décor by Mandarin Design Lab, live music, a photo booth, characters from the beloved children’s book and festivities for guests of all ages. Learn about Ballet Austin from Artistic Director Stephen Mills and hear about the importance of dance and dance scholarships from a Ballet Austin dancer. Amazing raffle baskets will be available (think weekend in Colorado, spa days, family day our, etc.) and all proceeds go to Ballet Austin’s Academy Youth Scholarship Fund. Your ticket purchase makes classical ballet training available to any child with a passion and desire to learn, regardless of his or her family’s economic situation. Help us reach our goal in raising $60,000 for the Youth Scholarship Program!
